How to Play
The game begins with the Dealer announcing that players are to place their bets.
Placing bets is closed after the Dealer announces that “No more bets” are to be placed.
Each player has to adhere to Appendix “B” when placing the cash chips and/or colour chips during the game of Roulette.
The Dealer will spin the ball in a direction that is opposite to the rotation of the wheel. The ball must complete at least four (4) revolutions around the track of the wheel. Only in this case can a spin be deemed as a valid one.
When the speed of the ball is gradually slowing down, the Dealer will ring the bell and announce that no more bets are to be placed.
The winning number is determined after the ball comes to a halt in any compartment of the wheel. A dolly is then placed on the number on the layout.
